What therapies do we offer? 

Whilst qualified in many different therapies and happy to offer specific treatments, we regularly use a combination of therapeutic techniques finding that one size does not fit all.

We find that we often use several different therapies in one session to enable to fastest and most effective treatment for you. We currently offer EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique / Tapping), Hypnotherapy, Coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Reiki, Pellowah, Crystal Healing, Meditation and more.

Who do we help? 

We have helped male and female clients from the ages of 6 – 90! We work with clients who have issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, phobia, performance anxiety, eating issues, compulsive behaviours and much more.

How does it work?

If you are struggling with an issue right now, the most difficult step is to first admit you need some support. When you do this and reach out to us, we will chat to you via email or telephone to ensure we are the right people to help you (if we think you need something or someone else we will always be happy to refer you to the best point of support). If we both agree that a first appointment is a good idea, we will book that in at a convenient time.

When you come for your first appointment, you will be met by Lianne who will take some basic details from you before chatting about the presenting issue. We will then work together to create an action plan to help you.

After the first session, you are free to decide if this is the right path for you. We aim to resolve most issues* within 3-5 sessions. 

*This is not always possible for complex or long term issues but over 80% of our clients are ‘discharged’ within this time scale.
