About the Event
This session is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning how they can bring mindfulness into their lives. Learn what mindfulness is, the benefits of practicing mindfulness and simple ways in which you can introduce mindfulness into all aspects of your life.
Each session is set out as follows:
10.00-10.30 – Welcome and introduction
10.30-11.30 – Topic
11.30-11.50 – Guided meditation
11.50-12.00 – Close
