As a New Year approaches, thoughts may be around all the things you want to achieve and accomplish in the coming twelve months. From working with clients who are suffering from low or negative energy, I know that in order to really achieve and be happy, you need to protect and maintain your energy. Of course, this can be done with a wonderful Reiki or EFT treatment, but there are so many ways you can change your energy yourself. Here are forty quick and easy ways to make you feel happier, more positive and of course, more energetic. Try one or all of them and let me know if you have your own ideas or techniques too!

1. Smile – Even if you feel there is nothing at all to smile about, raise a smile. It tricks our body and before you know it, you start to feel a little better.

Whilst we may all presume that by virtue of us walking and talking we must be doing okay with our breathing, the reality is that incorrect breathing can have a real impact upon how we capable we feel to deal with daily stresses.
