Being Mindful

Being Mindful

BathFive years ago, I was going through a really difficult time. My world as I’d known it was falling down around my feet and I had no idea how I would get out of it in one piece. For a long time, I would spend every single night in the bath! Yes my skin pruned up a lot, but it was in this space that I taught myself something that at that point, I knew nothing about.
