Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Emotional Freedom Technique is also known as EFT or Meridian Psychotherapy.

It is a very powerful therapy used to help deal with a wide range of emotional issues.

It works on a similar principle to acupuncture however there are certainly no needles involved, you are simply guided by the therapist to tap on certain points within your body.

EFT allows clients to completely reprogramme their electromagnetic state using tapping motions on their acupressure points. EFT is proven to be one of the fastest and least intrusive ways of overcoming phobias, social fears, anxieties, compulsive behaviour, PTSD and many more.
